Duties: To assist with the planning and implementation of programs and activities at the Stephenville Family Resource Centre for young children from birth to six years and their parents/caregivers. Activities include Drop-in Play; Storytime and Crafts; Field Trips and Outdoor Activities; as well as assisting in maintaining a safe and clean play environment at the Family Resource Centre.

Qualifications: Must be a full-time post-secondary student returning to college or university in September 2016. Post-secondary education in Child/Family Services or Social Sciences preferred. Experience working with children and current first aid certificate would be an asset.

Duration: June 13 to July 29, 2016 (7 weeks)

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week

Rate of Pay: $10.50 per hour
