Violence Prevention Southwest will host an Inclusive Communities Regional Conference Free of Charge for front-line service providers and peer supporters in the southwestern region on Oct. 10-11, 2018 at the Day’s Inn in Stephenville. Please consider this to be your personal invitation to this informative training event.

Committed to working to improve the lives of the LBGTQ+ people in Canada since 1986, Egale Canada will offer knowledge-based, attitude-based and skill-based training on how to create safer and welcoming workplaces, programs and services. You will have the opportunity to reflect, brainstorm and address challenges and barriers to creating more inclusive communities.

There is no registration fee or costs for this conference. Lunch and nutrition breaks will be provided. If required, travel and accommodations can be arranged for those travelling from out of town. Seating is limited and will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.  Please register early! Registration deadline: Friday, Sept. 28, 2018.
