Bay St. George Coalition to End Violence held information sessions about violence prevention at Stephenville Middle School and Stephenville High School. During recess, the middle school students could drop by to have some snacks while hearing about the Purple Ribbon Campaign. While the high school students had lunch and learn, they participated in a presentation about consent while enjoying some pizza. Both schools were amazing and very engaged in the topic of violence prevention”.

There are many older adults in NL who experience violence and abuse. It is often hidden.
